Sapele mahogany basement remodel.

Scope of work:

• Demo existing basement walls and floor coverings. Installed envirosheet membrane on foundation walls and bolted house down to foundation.
• Built and installed Sapele paneling, cabinetry, soffit system and crown.
• Built in couches and room dividing louvers.
• Reframed stairway to add head room. Installed new Sapele skirtboards, risers and treads.
• Installed new Sapele tongue and groove ceilings.
• New Sapele louvered doors and jambs.
• Custom solid bronze metal handrail with Sapele cap.
• Rock wool insulation sound control.
