By converting the existing kitchen into a dining room, space was made way for a new kitchen addition to enhance the home’s functionality. Deep structural steel piles were embedded strategically into the hillside to provide a solid support for the new structure.

The design highlights a tongue-and-groove wood ceiling, walnut island, a fireplace and reclaimed beams crafted with blind dovetail joinery, all complemented by exquisite custom cabinetry. These thoughtful details result in a bright and spacious environment that is both practical and welcoming.
