Scope of Work:

• Existing single story millworker house built in 1905 in Sellwood
• Deconstruction of house, saving 1949 addition, saved old growth Fir flooring to reinstall.
• Created new 8-foot high basement and exterior entrance to basement using insulated concrete forms.
• New addition built creating 5 bedrooms, 3 baths, a wrap around porch, wood windows, and maple and fir floors.
• Existing 5 panel doors were saved, stripped and varnished. Original hardware re-used.
